According to the seasons , they will have you discover the different families of cheeses, their history, their making process , their character and particular flavour. You will learn how to choose your cheeses, eat, present and keep them.

How to make up a cheese plate ?
With which wine and bread to serve them ?
Can you eat sweet and sour, why have honey or cherry jam with certain cheeses ?
How to make a cheese soufflé or an aligot ?
To all these questions, Marie Anne and Antoine will be happy to answer during these « à la carte » sessions.
